We are proud to maintain strong partnerships with some of the best farms on the east coast of Australia. Our mission embodies the importance of fresh, local & seasonal produce.
Fresh fruit and vegetables are sourced weekly from Brisbane’s local markets and farms, the herbs are from Mantle Group’s own farm in Pullenvale and the wagyu beef is from a herd of grass-fed cattle in Terranora. As you walk past The Charming Squire’s transparent kitchen, be sure to take a look at the wood fired grill & coal pit.
